Refund policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This policy explains when you can cancel, when you can obtain a refund, and what happens to your access in each case. It applies to purchases made from the operator of this ExamOps deployment ("we", "us") through the ExamOps website.
The two things you can buy
| Plan | What it is | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Operator | Access to the Data+ console while your subscription is active | $9.99 USD per month, recurring until cancelled |
| Command | Lifetime access to this exam and every exam track we later release | $59.99 USD, charged once |
Cancelling an Operator subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked inside your account. No reason is required and you do not need to contact us.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not end your current billing period. You keep full access until the period you have already paid for ends, and you are not charged again after that. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a period that has already begun, except where required by law or where this policy says otherwise.
Refunds
Command (one-time, $59.99)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting the operator. If we issue a full refund, your lifetime access is revoked when the refund is processed. Partial refunds do not revoke access.
Operator (monthly, $9.99)
Because you can cancel before any renewal and the plan is billed in short periods, we do not routinely refund completed months. If you were charged after cancelling, were charged in error, or could not access the product during a period you paid for, contact the operator and we will make it right.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right for digital services, that right applies in addition to this policy and is not reduced by it. Where you have asked us to begin providing access immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that starting supply can affect a withdrawal right for the portion already supplied. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over this policy.
What we do not refund
- Exam outcomes. ExamOps is independent study material. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam, and a failed exam is not grounds for a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with a score, a question, or an explanation, outside the refund window described above. If you believe a question is wrong, please tell us — we correct errors and we would rather fix the item than argue about it.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, including sharing an account or redistributing our question bank.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you open a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, our system responds automatically and the effect depends on what you purchased:
- Command: access is suspended while the dispute is open, because a one-time purchase has no renewal to interrupt.
- Operator: the dispute is recorded and your access continues while the case is open and billing is still active.
- If a dispute is resolved against us, access is revoked. For Operator, the recurring subscription is also cancelled immediately so it cannot renew without access.
We would much rather resolve a problem directly. Contact support before opening a dispute — refunds are usually faster than chargebacks.
How to request a refund
Email support@examopshq.com using enough account information to verify the purchase, and tell us what you bought and why. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; how quickly it appears depends on your bank, not on us.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force for a purchase is the version published when that purchase was made.
